I’m Kory Wilcoxson, and I have the privilege of serving as Senior Pastor here at Crestwood. I’ve been here since November of 2009, having served in Chicago and Indianapolis before coming here. I have degrees in communication and journalism to go along with my religious studies, and I’m currently pursuing my Doctor of Ministry degree. I am married to Amy Treneff and I have two daughters, Sydney and Molly, who keep me humble and bring me much joy. We also are the proud parents of two dogs and six chickens! I’m a life-long Reds, Bengals, and Wildcat fan, so Lexington is Heaven for me. I’m so blessed to serve this amazing congregation and can’t wait to see what God has in store for us!
I describe myself as a “child of God doing the best I can with what I have today!”
I grew up in Beckley, WV and am still proud to be a “mountaineer!” I moved to Kentucky to attend Lexington Theological Seminary in the late 80’s and have been a Cats fan ever since. In my 27+ years of ministry, I have served churches in Lexington and Burlington, Kentucky.
I love ministry and its sacred path. I am grateful for the call. I work with the Care Ministries, Outreach Teams and Senior Adults. It is a gift to try to offer comfort to ones who face challenges. It is a blessing to work to provide ways to care for those in need and to foster opportunities for individuals to find ways to make the world a better place.
When not found doing any of these things, I like to play cards with friends and ball with my black lab! I enjoy being in nature…as long as the nature doesn’t slither!

Greetings friends! My name is Missy Wallace, and it is a pleasure to serve as the Children’s Minister at Crestwood Christian Church.
I grew up in a small church in Eastern Kentucky where every Sunday morning, Sunday night and Wednesday night I learned about this great man named Jesus and how He changed the world forever. Now, I’ve found my calling connecting children with the greatest superpower ever known, the unconditional love of God. I’ve been in Children’s Ministry for over 15 years and hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with advanced training through the International Network of Children’s Ministry.
Our immediate family includes my husband Kevin, son Jacob and adult children Madison, Lacy and Rachel. We love travel planning, all things Disney and spending time with our pups, Abby, Curly and Chewy.
